What does a live producer do?
A live producer joins your recording session to run a tech check, prep guests, keep the run of show on track, monitor audio and video live, and take timestamp notes for the edit. See our pricing page.
What is included in post-production?
Every package includes post-production for 4 episodes a month: editing, audio cleanup and mixing, video edit, captions and show notes. Need editing only? We can arrange a single service on your free discovery call.
Do you post to social media for us?
Yes. Social media posting is included in the Growth and Full Production packages.
How do the monthly packages work?

Can I start a podcast from scratch with you?
Yes. It covers concept and format, audience and positioning, show name and description, your first 10 episodes planned, a recording setup guide and a launch roadmap. See our pricing page.
Can you turn things around faster?
Yes. Rush 48-hour turnaround is available for an extra 30%.
How much does podcast editing cost?

What does a podcast producer do?
A podcast producer handles the work around the conversation: planning the show and episodes, prepping guests, running the recording session, and making sure the episode gets edited, packaged and posted. We cover planning, live producing (included in Growth and Full Production), post-production and social clips. See our pricing page.
How many clips do I get per episode?
Essentials includes 4 clips per episode, Growth includes 8 and Full Production includes 12. Need more? See our pricing page.

How do I get started?
Book a free 30-minute discovery call. We will talk through your show, your goals and which package and add-ons fit, then confirm the plan and pricing.
Can I cancel?
Plans are month to month. Editing-only plans can be cancelled anytime with no notice required. If a producer is scheduled for your show, we ask for 30 days' notice to cancel.
